Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting L. Krupp Kreations. Each item is handcrafted with care in my home studio.

Many items in the shop are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be handcrafted before shipment, although many orders ship sooner depending on current production volume. Ready-to-ship items will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Because each piece is handmade, I focus on quality rather than speed. Thank you for supporting handmade.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside my control. Shipping estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout, and I am unable to replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me, and I will do my best to help locate it with the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
