Handmade Products

All items sold by L. Krupp Kreations are handmade in a small home studio. Because natural wood and hand painting are used, slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are normal and part of the charm of a handcrafted product.

Product Information

We do our best to display products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Photos may appear larger to show detail, so please review all photos and listed measurements before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Items

Many items in the shop are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be handcrafted before shipment, although many orders ship sooner depending on current production volume.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Returns and Issues

We want you to love your order. If there is a problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help.

Custom and personalized items are final sale. However, if an issue arises, we will always do our best to work with you to make things right.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

All designs, images, and products created by L. Krupp Kreations are the property of L. Krupp Kreations and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
